Question 1 :

How to determine which hand direction option should I choose？

Answer：

For baitcasting reel,  the hand orientation is decided by which hand you use to turn the reel handle, for spinning reel, the handle can be switched, so you don't need choose hand direction

Question 2:

Does anyone's reel buzz a lot when casting?

Answer:

All baitcasting reels with metal gears and parts can be a bit noisy. Turn the reel upside down and put a drop of oil on the worm gear and make sure the reel and its parts are clean and lubricated.

Question 3 :

Can be use in saltwater ?

Answer:

YES,BMC100 is a saltwater baitcasting reel， just remember you need to clean and lubricate after using.

I find BMC100 is shallow spool ,What’s the differences between BFS shallow spool and standard spool

Answer

BFS shallow spool is suitable for small fish,it usually use thin fishing line smaller than 1.5# Diameter 0.235mm, because it's line capacity is less, the advantage of shallow spool is lighter and it requires smaller strength to cast the fishing reel, and the fishing line cast longer,because the line guide is parallel to the shallow spool

Standard spool is universally used, it can hold more fishing line, good for fishing sea fishing

What's more, BMC100 use BFS structure, the spool and magnetic brake system are inserted,so it is more efficient when braking

What if some parts of the fishing reel is broken or lost？

Answer:
